The service I received from Port Boat House was exceptional. Their pride of satisfying the client definitely stood out and became obvious to me shortly after I arrived. It started with a long-distance phone call regarding the purchase and installation of a 200 hp Yamaha. When I arrived at their doorstep, they welcomed me and had me back my boat into the bay at the day and time previously agreed upon. There was no delay in “getting er’ done” and keeping me updated. The service manager, Graeme, was professional and I felt he went a step beyond to ensure I understood the process and I’m sure I tested his patience. During my extended stay in Port Alberni I also visited their Parts Department and always went away satisfied with the accessories I purchased, and the answers to my many questions. After doing business with all their departments including pleasant chats with the owner, I left feeling completely satisfied and without any hesitation, I recommend doing business with this company.
